The SAE 1070 spring steel strip is a high-carbon steel, tempered and thermally relieved, used in the manufacture of flat parts, whose process implies a low level of conformation and decrease in the production time, as the final product does not require going through a final the tempering process.
Its major characteristic is the high degree of mechanical resistance, along with good tenacity, allowing for bending of up to 90°.
SAE 1070 TR spring steel applications in the industry are:
According to our slitter's technical specifications, our stainless steel strips may be supplied as coils, rolls, or steel strips cut to the width requested by the Customer.
